Refund Policy
How we handle digital downloads, subscriptions, services, duplicate charges, and eligible purchase issues.

Digital downloads and access products
Because digital products may be delivered or accessed immediately, purchases are generally final after delivery or access begins, except where the product page, checkout provider, or applicable law gives you another right.
Eligible purchase problems
Contact us if a product is defective, materially different from its description, inaccessible after reasonable troubleshooting, or charged more than once. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide corrected files, replacement access, technical help, service credit, cancellation, or a refund.
Subscriptions, software, and services
Subscription cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Software, trials, pre-orders, live sessions, courses, and professional services may have specific cancellation and refund terms displayed before purchase. A signed service agreement controls for that engagement.
Request window
Submit an eligible request within 14 days of purchase unless the product page, service agreement, checkout provider, or applicable law states a different period. Include the order email, product or service name, order reference, and a clear description of the issue. Never send complete payment-card details.
Requests that do not normally qualify
A change of mind after delivery, failure to review compatibility or eligibility requirements, lack of expected business or personal results, misuse, unauthorised modification, or inability to use an offering because required third-party software or equipment is unavailable will not normally qualify, subject to mandatory rights.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original hosted checkout provider and payment method. Timing is controlled by the provider and your financial institution. Payment-provider fees or currency differences may be handled according to the provider’s terms and applicable law.
